Inside Molly Smith and Tom Clare’s stunning three bed home with games room and huge garden BEFORE they overhaul it
LOVE Island winners Molly Smith and Tom Clare have splashed out on their first home together – just six months after they started dating.
The proud couple shared the first picture of the stunning property yesterday and we can now reveal the first look inside it – before they completely overhaul it.
The three bed, three bathroom pad features a large kitchen, games room and some rather outdated décor.
But sources say the couple plan to refurbish the entire place, putting their own stylish stamp on it and they will even be putting in an extension.
And there’s plenty of space for that as there is also a huge garden – where Molly’s dog Nelly will be able to run around for hours.
The former islanders - who won the All Stars winter edition earlier this year – shared a video of their new home last night.

The news comes after Tom, 24, recently called Molly 'the one' in an exclusive chat with The Sun.
He told us: "I've met The One.
"Yeah, she's she's amazing. There's no other girl I ever wanna be with."
He added: "She's just levels above anyone and everyone.
"So she's everything I've ever wanted in a girl. We just bounce for each other. We get on. I have no fault.
"I always said to her, there must be something wrong with you. There must be something."
Love Island All Stars 2025 rumours
Love Island All Stars will be back for its second series in 2025 - and rumours are already rife as to who will be making a comeback this time around.
After the second All Stars series was announced in May, show boss Mike Spender said: "Lots of people have been in contact about it, lots of fun people, from series one onwards.
"We cast it because we knew what was going on behind the scenes of who was getting with who and now even more stories have come out.
"I think we will now save ex-islanders for All Stars."
One rumoured name for the next series is data engineer Harry Baker.
Harry, 25, arrived in the villa as a bombshell in Series 11. He soon 'stole' Grace Jackson after making his debut.
Arriving late in the run, he only lasted for a few days before being dumped alongside Lola Deloca.
Despite the hunk's brief stint, viewers have called for Harry's return.
One upset fan wrote: "Get you in All Stars next", to which Harry cryptically replied by posting 'shrugging' emojis.
