Loose Women’s Linda Robson reveals sex toy gift for her SON and leaves panel shocked with raunchy confession
The conversation soon shifted to the topic of orgasms
LOOSE Women’s Linda Robson left her co-stars in hysterics as she made an X-rated confession on the ITV show.
Linda, 66, shocked fellow hosts Kaye Adams, Mariella Frostrup and Frankie Bridge when she revealed she’d gifted her son a sex toy.
During today’s (Friday 27 September) episode of the ITV panel show, the presenters discussed the taboo around sex toys.
Linda explained that she’d once been gifted a sex toy at work, but felt uncomfortable taking it home with her.
She explained to her co-stars: “We were in makeup room – I think you (Kaye) were there as well one day – and Denise Welch said ‘put your hand up if you’ve never had a vibrator.’ So I think you put your hand up and I put my hand up.
“So the next time I go in my dressing room, there’s this box with this big pink thing in my room.
“I thought ‘what am I gonna do with this?’ I thought, ‘if I take it home and the grandchildren find it, what am I gonna say?’ I can’t say it’s a toothbrush, can I?
“So I gave it to my son (Louis Dunford) and he gave it to his mate Georgia,” Linda admitted.
Her revelation then sparked a conversation about having a vibrator is part of a healthy sex life as orgasming gets more difficult with age for women.
This then led to a raunchy confession from Linda.
Linda continued: “But apparently there are health benefits to doing this. You told me this Mariella…”
“Yeah, I think wellbeing is there because actually people are starting to recognise the fact that apparently from mid-life onwards – this is what I’ve discovered with all my menopause campaigning – it’s really, really important that you have orgasms, but they’re harder to come by as you get older for one reason or another,” Mariella explained.
“They’re really hard to come by,” Linda interjected, leaving her co-stars in a fit of laughter.
The confession comes after Linda split from her husband of 33 years, Mark Dunford, late last year.
Explaining their split to Woman Magazine, Linda said: “You find out you don’t want any of the same things. I’m a very sociable person and I like going out.
“Mark doesn’t enjoy any of that. He likes to stay at home. He’s not got loads of mates that he goes out drinking with or anything.”
