STRICTLY Come Dancing's Nick Knowles has updated fans on his wellbeing after he suffered a nasty injury.
The DIY SOS star was left in a sling after he hurt himself changing a car tyre.
He missed out on hours of rehearsals for week 2 after he was rushed to hospital for tests.
His future on the show hung in the balance for a while, but luckily The Sun revealed he'd been given the green light to return to the competition.
Dressed in a tweed waistcoat, Nick, 62, shared a video from the back of a taxi.
"On my way to the studios, this is show day. I've had the two days to learn the dance as well as I possibly can," he told fans.

"I promise to give it everything tonight and try and perform it well.
"Luba has worked her magic in choreographing something amazing.
"All I have to do now is perform it," he added.
Toughing on his injury he said: "It's been a tough week but I'm very excited to dance later this evening and don't worry about me, shoulder getting stronger every single day.

"Thank you for all your wishes of support and all the love that's been sent.
"And remember, I'm in the bottom four because of last week. If I don't dance well tonight I could be in trouble so please vote to keep me and Luba in the competition!"
In a behind-the-scenes glimpse from his rehearsal on Strictly spin off It Takes Two, Nick could be seen hoisting his pro partner Luba Mushtuk into the air.
The TV star also glided around the rehearsal room with Luba and looked in good spirits.
He revealed the Strictly pro has adapted their dance to make sure all goes well on Saturday night.
Nick told the cameras: "Luba has been extraordinary.
"From the moment she knew I was injured she has been looking at alternative ways. She must have rebuilt this dance ten times."
Luba added: "He is looking incredibly well in hold. He has potential in ballroom!"
The presenter hurt his arm and shoulder while changing a car tyre the morning after the first live show.
Nick spent Tuesday meeting with doctors and discussing the extent of his injury.
The Sun told how Nick had been forced to have an emergency MRI scan on his arm after injuring himself while changing a tyre.

The dad-of-two was being supported by his fiancée Katie Dadzie who has been by his side during meetings with doctors.
Nick and Luba are due to perform an American Smooth to Blur's Parklife tonight.
