LOVE Island favourite Olivia Bowen has posted a selfie from her hospital bed after undergoing "minor surgery."
The ITV2 personality - who is married to former co-star Alex, 33 - told fans she "wasn't ready" to address her medical conditions.
Yet fans will no doubt be concerned about the image, posted to her Instagram Stories.
Olivia, 30, captured herself make-up free and lying on her back as she flashed a peace sign.
The Love Island alumni was wrapped up in a hospital gown and blue blanket as she rested on the white sheets.
In her caption she wrote: "I may be a wee bit quiet on my socials over the next week or so.

"I had minor surgery (not cosmetic) I'm absolutely fine so please don't worry about me, I know what you guys are like you're so kind.
"It's no drama but I'm just not ready to talk about it."
The mum of one finished her message with a host of kisses.
Earlier in the day, she told she had treated herself to a "very, very naughty" purchase of a pair of Prada boots.

RAW REVEAL
Olivia is ordinarily candid about her health battles and life issues with fans.
Recently, she burst into tears as she said she felt "so disgusting" after she was subject to huge trolling over her spouse.
The couple met and fell in love on the ITV2 show back in 2016 and have since got married and had a child together.
Recalling the challenges they faced in the early days coming off the reality show, Olivia described a time when Alex was constantly away doing nightclub appearances.
She said: "Alex had a PA prob five nights out of seven. imagine being with a guy that looks the way he looked, having to deal with him going out to PAs."
She then jokes: "I managed to trap him down, marry him and make him have a baby with me."
Love Island All Stars 2025 rumours
Love Island All Stars will be back for its second series in 2025 - and rumours are already rife as to who will be making a comeback this time around.
After the second All Stars series was announced in May, show boss Mike Spender said: "Lots of people have been in contact about it, lots of fun people, from series one onwards.
"We cast it because we knew what was going on behind the scenes of who was getting with who and now even more stories have come out.
"I think we will now save ex-islanders for All Stars."
One rumoured name for the next series is data engineer Harry Baker.
Harry, 25, arrived in the villa as a bombshell in Series 11. He soon 'stole' Grace Jackson after making his debut.
Arriving late in the run, he only lasted for a few days before being dumped alongside Lola Deloca.
Despite the hunk's brief stint, viewers have called for Harry's return.
One upset fan wrote: "Get you in All Stars next", to which Harry cryptically replied by posting 'shrugging' emojis.
On a more serious note, however, Olivia reveals that she will always remember how cruel trolls were to her about her appearance - suggesting she wasn't a match for her now-husband.
Growing tearful, Olivia said: "All the comments I will never forget, that I was fat, that I was punching, that I wasn't enough for him, that he's too good for me."
She went on to describe how the bullying affected her and her marriage.
" I felt so disgusting, I was hiding myself from my husband and I don't think I ever really told anyone that."
