DOUBLE act Gino D'Acampo and Fred Sirieix are striking out as a duo with their own travel and food TV show, and this time without Gordon Ramsay.
Longstanding pals Fred Sirieix and Gino D'Acampo are now partnering up without Gordon Ramsay as they take on culture and eco conscious travel across Europe.
The new series titled 'Emission Impossible' will air on ITV, with the first episode taking the pair in the Austrian capital of Vienna, as they soak up the culture and try out local delicacies.
The second episode in the series will see them planted in Croatia, with the pair left shocked by the ‘over-tourism’ in holiday hotspot Dubrovnik.
Speaking about the new show, Fred opened up to The Sun as he said: "You know, travelling around two countries, being as green and sustainable as possible is really tough.
"And basically it's me and Gino going around Australia and Croatia, travelling as green and sustainably as possible to look at the impact of climate change around two different countries – one in Australia and the mountains there. And Croatia, of course, with its incredible coastline.

"And, listen, we’re no David Attenborough and Greta Thunberg on tour, but it's about looking at the issues. And they are very serious issues."
Earleir this month Fred Sirieix opened up on why the pair have ‘ditched’ co-star Gordon Ramsay in their brand new show.
Gordon, Gino and Fred’s Road Trip was a huge hit with viewers, and fans often complimented the rapport and chemistry between the three men.
But the popular ITV programme was put on hold indefinitely last year when we revealed Italian chef Gino had sensationally quit amid rumours of a rift behind the scenes.

Speaking out on the ‘rift’ rumours, Fred told The Sun: “Gordon is extremely busy. I don't know if you've seen his Instagram and social media but he’s opening restaurant after restaurant after restaurant.
“He also has two very young children. There’s Oscar who is five-years-old, and Jesse who is ten months. So he really has his hands full, you know?”
Fred continued: “In terms of travelling, he's already got so many shows in America.
“He just couldn't make the time. And we love travelling and we said to him ‘Well, look, we're going and when you want to join us, join us, and we'll go around and we'll have some fun.’”
Fred confirmed that the trio are very much still friends and that there is no rift going on behind the scenes.
