Eastenders Habiba actress Rukku Nahar’s new boyfriend revealed as controversial Love Island star as they walk red carpet
EASTENDERS actress Rukku Nahar, best known for her role as Habiba Ahmed made a splash recently when she stepped out hand in hand with a controversial Love Island star.
The couple were spotted at the Venom: The Last Dance UK premiere as they walked the red carpet together confirming their relationship.
The man in question is Season 5 cast member Micheal Griffiths, 33, appeared all loved up with his new beau as they posed on the carpet together.
Rukku, 28, looked stunning wearing a floral print dress with a knee-high slit which she paired with a classic black heel.
Beside her Michael looked dapper in a neutral toned fit which he accessorised with a gold chain, the reality looked very different from his Love Island days switching out his curly locks for a full head of braids.
Michael made waves in the villa when his love triangle with Amber Gill and Joanna Chimonides sparked one of the series most memorable storylines.

His decision to switch his affections from Amber to Joanna stirred controversy and divided fans, making him one of the shows most-talked about contestants.
Michael’s time on the show opened up many doors for him in the entertainment world, leading him to new opportunities such as when he appeared on MTV’s Celebrity Ex On The Beach in 2020.
On the show the star entered a whirlwind romance with former Love Islander Ellie Brown.
The couple ended up calling it quits just a few months after confirming their relationship.

The fire-fighter turned reality has kept a lower profile in the recent years after appearing on the ITV dating show but seems to have found happiness with Rukku who’s carved out a successful career in her own right.
The actress has played a long-standing role on the BBC soap as part of the Ahmed family bringing depth and charm to her character Habiba.
She joined the show in 2019 playing one half of the Ahmed sisters alongside Priya Davdra’s character Iqra.
Throughout her time in Albert Square Rukku tackled a variety of intense and storylines such as her affair with boss Adam Bateman.
But, after just one year the actress left the show and began branching out into new roles appearing on programmes like Flatmates and The Buckingham Murders.
Rukku described stepping away from the soap as the "end of a chapter", but hinted that she was "underused" and had a "disappointing" exit.
On X formerly known as Twitter the EastEnders star had liked a series of tweets which discussed her exit.
Rukku appeared to agree with a fan who said: "Wait, was that really Habiba's exit? God, what a disappointment. I love Rukku Nahar. Habiba had so much unexplored potential."
As well as another, who added: "Nahh, Habiba's character was so underused, defo deserved more."
