WES Nelson has shown off his incredible weight loss in shocking before and after photos.

The 26-year-old reality star turned musician took to Instagram to share the snaps, revealing he decided to get in shape ahead of his latest tour.

Former Love Island star Wes wrote: "Transformation for my Tour (and for myself).

"I’ve been quietly working on myself for a while now, I neglected my health for years, it’s affected me physically and mentally!

"For the first time in years I can honestly say, I feel f****** great! Tour starts in 9 days. Lets go!"

The 'after' photo showed a beaming Wes flaunting his chiselled abs and bulging biceps.

Fans rushed to comment on the snaps, with one writing: "Drop the workout plan. Beast."

Another said: "You look amazing bro. I wish I had your push and drive. Keep smiling man."

And a third added: "You put in that work."

Wes shot to fame on the 2018 series of Love Island and made it to the final with ex-girlfriend Megan Barton Hanson.

Following his time in the villa he took part in shows including Dancing On Ice and Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins.

He dropped his debut single See Nobody in 2020, which reached number three in the UK charts.

Wes returned to the villa earlier this year to perform his track Abracadabra with Craig David.

And he later told The Sun he was asked to be an All Stars Islander - but politely declined.

He said: "Of course there was a question, but at the same time I was there to perform with a legend.

"I wouldn't go back on as a contestant. I’m happy to be known as an artist and not just an Islander, you know what I mean?

"I don't feel like it fulfils me in the sense that I didn't feel like I was being productive with my passion, if that makes sense."
