JACK Whitehall took a series of swipes at Gregg Wallace on live TV - leaving the hosts stunned.
Comic Jack made a dig at the MasterChef host amid the controversy surrounding allegations of inappropriate comments to female contestants.
Gregg was criticised for posting a video claiming the complaints were from a handful of middle-class women of a certain age".
Appearing on the BBC's The One Show last night, Jack spotted the opportunity to have a dig about the channel's presenter
He said: "Finally I get to do something that appeals to a different audience.
"It's a demographic, I think, is much maligned but one that I love, but is middle-class women of a certain age."

Hosts Alex Jones and Roman Kemp awkwardly laughed, before Jack continued: "I absolutely love them. They love a bit of Michael Buble. I got him on the show, he is an absolute granny magnet.
"I love that we’re giving this lovely gift to middle-class women of a certain age."
Hesitant Alex then hushed: "We will move past that."
Later in the show he interrupted an interview with Amir Khan and Kiran Rao about their new show, saying: "And it appeals to middle-class lost ladies of a certain age, which I like."
Irritated Alex added: "Yes it does Jack, yes it does."
Last night BBC bosses defied MPs by showing under-fire Gregg on MasterChef - and refusing to pull Christmas specials.
The host apologised for crass comments about women who complained over his conduct — as six new “victims” emerged.
It comes as a former MasterChef staffer — who worked on the show from 2007 to 2010 — told The Sun she knew of at least six production members who raised concerns about Wallace’s conduct.
