I’m A Celeb’s Dean explains ‘truth’ behind row with Alan Halsall and ‘doesn’t regret’ snapping at him
I'M A Celebrity's Dean McCullough has explained the truth behind his spat with Corrie star Alan Halsall.
Dean, 32, has expressed how he "doesn't regret" snapping at Alan, 42, when the ITV soap star tried to wake the radio presenter when they were in camp together.
Dean did a Q&A on his Instagram stories on Wednesday, with the BBC Radio One star answering questions from his fans.
One person asked Dean: "Do you regret having a go at Alan? It was a bit harsh?", which referred to the spat the pair had about collecting wood for the fire.
"I don't regret the situation with Alan at all, because that is life," Dean candidly replied.
He went on: "You know, if you're upset with someone, tell them, and let them respond, hear each other out, apologise, and move on.

"Like, it's really, really not that deep."
He then spoke about his bond with the Tyrone Dobbs star, saying: "Alan and I got on so well. We were very very close in there.
"It was just banter, day in, day out, so it felt quite normal for me to be like 'you've upset me' because that's what I would expect him to do to me."
Providing more insight into what went down in camp, Dean said: "And there was plenty of situations like that in there.
"People were honest about how they felt and we moved on
'THAT'S JUST LIFE'
"There was no drama, there was no agg."
He then concluded his answer by saying: "It probably looks harsher on TV, but in real life it was like, it was over in a split second, and to me, that's just life."
This comes after Dean and Alan had a feud in camp, with many fans totally outraged when the incident played out on screen the other week.
At the time, Loose Women star Jane Moore, 62, decided to collect firewood, which is one of the chores in camp.
SLEEPY DEAN
Jane was responsible for camp maintenance at the time, with her sharing the chore with Dean.

But Dean was sleeping at the time that Jane wanted to collect wood, and due to the chores needing to be done in pairs, things took an awkward turn.
Talking about the camp rules, Jane confessed: "I can't go on my own."
But because Dean was still sleeping, Jane went on her own to collect some wood for the fire.
But Alan wanted Dean to get up and help her, so the Coronation Street star tried to wake up the radio star so he could carry out his chores with Jane.
Trying to wake Dean, Alan spoke softly as he tried to shake him slightly and whisper in his ear.
"Do you not fancy it? No?" Alan then said, with Dean completely unresponsive at the time.
The Tyrone actor then took it upon himself to go and help Jane, despite the rules stating it should have been Dean.
Dean then woke up and made his way to where the wood was being collected.
'LISTEN TO ME'
"You can go back now," Dean said in a stern way to Alan.
Alan responded: "Oh you made it! I was trying to wake you up as soft as I can."
Dean then replied: "If you're gonna wake me up, you need to give me a minute.
"Listen to me. If you're gonna wake me up, you need to give me a minute, alright?

"It takes me a couple of minutes for my contact lenses to get back working again, alright?
"So you don't need to say to me 'do you not fancy it?' Okay? And then don't turn around and walk away."
