He is set to join Martin Roberts, Dion Dublin, Martel Maxwell, Jacqui Joseph and Tommy Walsh on the BBC programme as one of the show hosts.

The latest series will see the team traveling the length and breadth of the UK, showcasing property developments in locations from Canterbury to Aberdeen.

Viewers can look forward to seeing a mix of charming period properties and ambitious renovations.

In one episode, Tommy Walsh heads to London and explores the potential of a one-bedroom flat that could be worth a million pounds post renovation.

Viewers will get their Martin Roberts fix while he visits a house that's on the colourless side in Bishop's Stortford.

Fans of the show were recently concerned that he would leave Homes Under the Hammer after landing a new project with ITV, so they will be pleased to hear that he is still in the mix this season.

Elsewhere, Jacqui Joseph checks out a riverside period home being modernised for a growing family.

Meanwhile Dion Dublin shows he isn't afraid to get down and dirty, rolling up his sleeves to tackle a terrace that's been overgrown by ivy in North Wales.

New presenter Owain Wyn Evans will dive into the action as well, traveling to Llanelli, Swansea, Birmingham, and London to meet landlords and developers transforming properties into multi-purpose housing.

Owain commented on his new role, saying: "What can I say, I love a transformation dahlings!
