Sky News star marries in secret ceremony surrounded by famous friends
A SKY News star has got hitched in a secret ceremony surrounded by all her famous friends.
Newsreader Saima Mohsin married Piotr Pacia at a posh 18th-century manor house in Hampshire.
Saima, 48, who presents Sky News Today, married her best friend, businessman Piotr, 43.
The couple have known each other for more than a decade.
They enjoyed a private Muslim Nikkah ceremony on the 120-acre estate, surrounded by a lake, swans, and peacocks.
ITV’s Loose Woman star Charlene White, a fellow newsreader, attended the ceremony with BBC meteorologist Elizabeth Rizzini and BBC Security Correspondent Frank Gardner.

They joined the couple’s families and friends who flew in from the US, Paris, Poland, Switzerland and Marseille.
The bride wore a traditional gold and cream outfit with crystal and rose gold embroidery, while the groom, who is from Poland, wore a Pakistani Sherwani.
British Pakistani by origin, Saima was born and raised in South London and joined Sky News in 2022.
They enjoyed a three-course Pakistani meal catered by Asian Curry Award 2024 Best Newcomer, Guru-Ji.

The menu included chicken tikka, lamb seekh kebabs, and chilli paneer for starters, followed by a main course of lamb rogan josh, chicken dhansak, and grandma’s chicken curry.
Saima’s Pakistani-family aromatic lamb pilau rice with gulab jamun and almond kulfi for dessert to complete the meal.
Before joining Sky News, Saima was an international correspondent who travelled the world searching for stories.
During her career, Saima has reported from 28 countries across Europe, Asia, the Middle East and the USA.
She recently received the Kathy Gannon Legacy Award for her services.
This was awarded for her integrity, courage, and dedication to truth over nearly three decades in journalism.
After their perfect wedding, they are now planning a honeymoon in Australia.
