Channel 4 renews Bafta-nominated show for its whopping 32nd series on air and reveals return date

CHANNEL 4 has confirmed that The Last Leg will return for its 32nd series, much to the delight of fans.
The long-running comedy show, hosted by Adam Hills, Alex Brooker, and Josh Widdicombe, will continue delivering sharp commentary on the week’s events.
The new series is set to air in 2024, with the exact return date now revealed, ensuring the trio will once again entertain audiences with their unique mix of humor and insightful discussions.

In this year’s Christmas special, the hosts were joined by the legendary Sir Lenny Henry, who brought his wit and charm to the holiday-themed discussions.

Also in the episode, I’m A Celebrity star Richard Coles left viewers gobsmacked as he made a surprise admission about his brother being a spy.
When host Adam Hills spoke of Prince Andrew severing ties with an alleged Chinese spy, Richard interjected: “My brother was a spy.
“He’s retired now. He was a spy cop in the 1980s that’s subject of an inquiry at the moment.
“He was put into various groups which were identified as being dangerous.”
Describing how his family first suspected their brother’s secret life, Richard explained: “He’d turn up for Christmas looking very much like his undercover role. Not quite the bow-tie-wearing type seen at European casinos, rather shaggy-haired with piercings, which always came as a bit of a shock.
A brand new episode of The Last Leg airs on Friday 24th January at 10pm on Channel 4.
