X Factor winner Joe McElderry shares shirtless gym selfie as he shows off body transformation
JOE McElderry has shown off off his incredible body transformation with a new shirtless gym selfie.
The 33-year-old took to Instagram to share his progress with fans, posing in just a pair of grey shorts and black trainers.
Joe's new photo flaunted the results of his recent hard work, and he told fans: "2025 the year of the workout."
Fans rushed to comment on the X Factor winner's post, with one writing: "Well done Joe on how incredibly motivated you are."
Another said: "You've got this." And a third added: "Gorgeous."
Joe recently opened up about his gruelling work out regime.

He told Fabulous: "Most of the stuff we do is killer, but in a weird way I really enjoy it."
"I'm a really active person and I’ve done lots of charity bike rides."
Joe was just 18-year-old when he shot to fame on The X Factor, alongside the likes of Olly Murs and Stacey Solomon in 2009.
He went on to win the show, beating Olly, 40, in the nail-biting final.

star has been keeping a toe in showbiz for years by performing in panto, and enjoying a long run of musical turns, including appearing in the title role of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat.
He has also starred in reality shows including Popstar To Operastar, and The Jump.
The South Shields lad got a record deal with Simon Cowell's Syco as part of the prize and he went on to release five Top 20 albums, after incredibly duetting with George Michael on The X Factor.
However, he was dropped by the label in 2011, after his single Someone Wake Me Up only sold a reported 7,000 copies.
