MIRANDA Hart has revealed a sweet wedding day moment that made her want to cry, as she shared details from her secret ceremony.
The comedian and actress, 51, surprised fans when she revealed she'd tied the knot over the summer.
In her 2024 book, I Haven’t Been Entirely Honest With You, Miranda told how she met her mystery man when he came to remove mould from her house during the pandemic.
She revealed they grew closer during socially-distanced dates.
And now the star has admitted to Radio 3 show Private Passions that her wedding guests burst into song and belted out Climb Every Mountain from the Sound of Music.
She said: “We sang it at our very small wedding. Initially, it was, like, 'Are we really going to do this? It's such a naff idea.'

“And the minute everyone started singing, people got so emotional and were really going for it with the beauty of the song.'
Miranda continued: “Now it just makes me cry, and makes me think of the happiest day of my life as well.”
Miranda has also shared details about their big day in the past, saying: "It was a very small gathering and for no reason at all it was Hawaiian themed with inflatable flamingos, coconut bowling and a steel band."
Miranda previously said that she soon realised she and her new partner had “fallen hopelessly in love with each other” after dating.

Miranda got engaged in January to the surveyor during a visit to Kew Gardens in West London.
While she's kept tight-lipped on his identity, Miranda does describe her new husband as a "salt-and-pepper greying hair look on a fine-featured man".
Miranda has also admitted that she farted within ten minutes on her first date with her new hubby — before they bonded over sloppy pizza.
The comedian, who wed Richard Fairs earlier this year, told a podcast: “We were chatting, all very fun from the off.
“Then the pizza comes but it had shunted up to one end, mozzarella was leaking everywhere.”
Miranda said she “went on and on getting full-on teenage grumpy”, but was delighted that “shy and sweet” Richard was too.
She added: “We formed this delicious connection.
“It kickstarted the freedom for us to start meeting and connecting.”
