HE played the ultimate obnoxious jock in iconic sex-packed comedy films of the late 90s and early noughties.
But 26 years after he partied hard as girl mad Steven Stifler in the original American Pie, Seann William Scott, 48, now cuts a much more mature figure.
No longer fresh-faced and clean shaven, Scott has been pictured rocking a salt and pepper beard as he smiles beside a friend.
The actor, whose latest role is in US series Shifting Gears alongside Tim Allen, kept things low-key for the outdoor snap, wearing a plain black sweater.
Last year Seann divorced wife of five years Olivia Korenberg, an interior designer with who he has four-year-old daughter, Frankie Rose.
magazine broke the news the pair had gone their separate ways after obtaining court documents.

Seann asked for joint legal and physical custody of Frankie, who was born in June 2020.
He and Olivia pair cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for their separation.
Seann also put his five-bedroom £3.9million Californian property on the market.
The notoriously private star rarely talked publicly about his wife, however, before they wed he described her as a "great girl" and said he was "super happy".

Seann was previously engaged to Victoria’s Secret model Lindsay Frimodt in March 2012, but they split in January 2013.
His character in American Pie was often overshadowed by his infamous mother, known only as Stifler's mom, played by the legendary Jennifer Coolidge.
The cougar was very popular with the college age lads and romped with Stifler's cultured frenemy Finch - much to his annoyance.
The movie spawned several sequels including American Pie 2, American Wedding and American Reunion in 2012.
There have been several spin-offs featuring different actors, but rumours of a fifth instalment with the main cast continue to swirl.
Outside of the franchise, Seann has starred in alien comedy Evolution, as an ice hockey enforcer in Goon, and tough ex-CIA agent Wesley Cole in the TV series of Lethal Weapon.
