MACY Gray has been hitting headlines after she was left blindsided when she got voted off of The Masked Singer, with her even storming off the stage in a tantrum.
Appearing on The Masked Singer UK on Saturday as Toad in the Hole, Macy Gray was unmasked after she was found out swiftly because of her distinctive voice.
In 2021, Macy competed in season three of the Australian version of The Masked Singer as Atlantis.
Then she returned to the franchise two years later in 2023, when she competed in season ten of the US version of The Masked Singer.
While on the US version of the hit show, Macy threw herself on the floor in a dramatic moment while unmasking herself.
Host Nick Cannon looked baffled as Macy struggled with removing her mask before plummeting to the floor.

Falling down in the shocking moment, a security guard even had to come on stage to help Macy stand up before the guard and Nick helped her remove the mask.
Judge Nicole Scherzinger looked absolutely taken aback and in a state of shock as Macy, who was dressed as Sea Queen, fell to the floor before being unmasked.
After she was unmasked, Macy looked overjoyed to be on the show - unlike when she was unmasked on the UK version over the weekend.
When Macy, 57, appeared on the UK version on Saturday, she walked off before the big reveal due to being left "blindsided" that she was voted off.
Voted off the show instead of Bear because the judges were convinced they had rumbled her identity, Macy seemingly believed she should have remained on the show longer.
MACY'S MASKED SINGER UK TANTRUM
After leaving the judges, host Joel Dommett and the audience gobsmacked, Macy returned to be unmasked officially.
While chatting to the judges, Macy was very blunt and looked less than impressed.
A source revealed to The Sun that because Macy reached the final of the US version as Sea Queen in 2023, she was "totally blindsided" to be one of the first to leave this series.
Bosses were even left scrambling for nearly an hour to coax Macy back on stage - none of which was seen on screen.
A whistleblower said: "This has never happened on The Masked Singer before.
Who has left The Masked Singer 2025 so far?
Much to the delight of telly fans, The Masked Singer is back in 2025.
Twelve celebrities have been hidden behind intricate costumes, with their identities concealed.
Sadly, not all of this year's whacky and wonderful characters can make it to the end of the show, as there can only be one winner.
Here's who has been unmasked so far:
Toad In The Hole - a massive diva strop saw the character storm off the stage after the judges voted them off. They later returned to be unmasked as singer Macy Gray
Pegasus - the mythical horse was revealed to be Prue Leith, with judge Jonathan Ross correctly guessing her identity
Spag Bol - this character was first to be unmasked and was none other than Good Morning Britain host Kate Garraway.
Plus there was one extra unmasking this season, with Giant Joel - a caricature of host Joel Dommett - unveiled as double-double Olympic champion Sir Mo Farah.
"When Macy stormed off stage everyone was frozen in shock but as soon as she reached backstage, crew removed her mask so they could talk her down.
'GUTTED TO BE OUT'
"Macy was almost shell-shocked to start with and was basically gutted to be out so early because she really enjoyed being on the American version - when obviously she did brilliantly - so was totally blindsided."
They added: "It was the shock of it for her as well as the upset and in that moment she had a very raw, human reaction and wanted out."
“For a professional performer to reach that point shows how badly she felt.
“Obviously The Masked Singer isn't a singing competition and is just a bit of fun, so being voted off was no indication of her talent, but no one could believe a global superstar like Macy had lost it like this.
"It took everyone backstage ages to talk her round and poor Joel was on stage essentially doing a stand-up routine to try and keep things under control.
"Eventually they managed to persuade Macy to go back on stage and be properly unmasked and sing for the last time.
"But it was totally wild."
MACY'S AUSTRALIAN STINT
Not only did Macy fall on the floor while on the US version, and then storm off stage during her appearance on the UK version, but when she was on the Australian version, Macy refused to leave the stage.

"Macy Gray had such passion for The Masked Singer that when she was told that she had to leave the show, which you saw last night, she refused to leave the show," judge Dave 'Hughesy' Hughes said on a radio show after her Aussie appearance.
"She said, 'No, I'm continuing in the show,' and there had to be a discussion which went for quite a while as to, 'No, you have to leave.' She said, 'No, I'm not leaving.'."
