Love Island’s India reveals truth behind split from Ovie – and fans are furious

LOVE Island's India revealed how she was brutally dumped by Ovie.

India, 34, made it to the final in 2019 with the basketball player, 33, but the pair split just three months after leaving the show.

During her launch-show interview, she revealed that Ovie released a statement on Instagram announcing their split - before they'd actually broken up.

She laughed it off and said that she's ready to find a serious love this time round.

"Li twt praising Ovie all these years just to find out he jumped India via ig story" one fan wrote.

"Omg LOOOOOL India said Ovie publicly told everyone about their breakup before she knew," said a second.

"Ohh Wow that's wild! Ovie's management released a statement that he and India broke up before they even had," added a third.

A source told us: "India was a huge star during her time on the show – she is stunning and great TV.

"She flew out to South Africa over the weekend and is now in hiding waiting for the show to kick off.

"India is a bit older than some of the other cast and really is looking to find The One."
