Brighton pair Luca and Liv arrived at the villa together but lacked chemistry as they hugged hello.
Viewers paired them together in the first coupling of the series but already the signs are there that it will be a short-lived union.
One person spotted a giveaway sign Luca just isn't feeling it.
They wrote on X: "Did anyone else notice that Luca put a pillow between him and Olivia in bed?? You could see it in the night cam scene. He ain’t vibing her!"
Tonight's episode ramps up the steaminess considerably and Luca is at the heart of the action.

The 25-year-old has a three-way snog with India Reynolds, 34, and Kaz Crossley, 29.
A teaser for the scenes, which played out last night, saw the All Stars cast screaming in excitement as Curtis Pritchard, 28, leaned over to India.
But it's actually Luca who ends up getting the hottest kiss.
An insider told us: “Tonight's episode is absolute full to the brim of kisses - probably the most there's ever been in a single show.
"And there's be plenty of shocks in store for viewers."
It might signal a change in attitude for solemn Luca after viewers picked up on his "frosty" arrival with Liv.
They suggested he will "walk out" and "doesn't want to be there" after picking up on seemingly dejected body language.
They even branded his return "pointless" after he appeared "miserable" on the show's opening night.
Meanwhile, Luca's model ex has broken her silence on his All Stars appearance.
The Sun revealed earlier this month that Luca had ended his relationship with Italian Giulia Ciancio after a string of dates.
The pair had been dating for a few months - despite Luca insisting he hasn't been in a "serious" relationship since his split from Love Island co-star Gemma Owen, 21.
Giulia said she hopes Luca will finally "understand what he truly wants without ever forgetting his values."
