How does Eat Well For Less work?
Chris and Jordan aim to show that delicious dinners don’t have to cost the earth, and help families change how they do their shopping and cook their dinners.
The show will focus on cheap recipes that are filling and taste fantastic too.
Ideas in the past have included things such as making your own fridge-favourites like coleslaw and filling family meals like big bowls of delicious pasta with sauces made from scratch.
The new series sees Chris and Jordan look at the difference between use by and best before dates.
They also take part in a taste test like no other.
Plus Jordan shows Chris how to make a simple sweet treat that uses up what so many of us throw out.
