Back in December Peter turned to booze again when he found out his partner Carla Connor had slept with his nephew Adam Barlow behind his back.
Next week, after finding out his condition hasn't improved, Peter's brother Daniel Osbourne offers to be his liver donor, but the Rovers Return landlord isn't happy with his offer.
Peter decides to take things one step further and creates an ‘Advance Decision to Refuse Treatment’ declaration with the help of Adam so that he can die when his body gives up.
The actor recently explained his thought process behind the decision and said: "His mind is made up. He has pressed the self-destruct button. He genuinely does not feel he is worthy of treatment.
