DEMI Moore has today revealed how she almost DIED during a drug seizure where she "saw the light" just like in her movie Ghost.
The actress, 56, said it happened during a low point in her life after the breakdown of her marriage to Ashton Kutcher.
Demi recalled the moment during an interview with Good Morning America's Diane Sawyer to promote her explosive autobiography Inside Out.
She claimed she chose to live, mirroring scenes from in her 90s film Ghost where Patrick Swayze's character Sam finally stepped into the light after completing his last goal on earth leaving behind his wife Molly (played by Demi).
In an emotional interview, Demi said how she remembered her "terrified" her daughter Rumer Willis was watching on as her body "flayed" during the drug seizure.
She recalled: "Everyone was witnessing my body flaying. My daughter was terrified she was gunna see me die right in front of her.
"Within me I was in a place thinking wow how did I get in here? This is interesting. My very next thought was 'Oh I wonder if I could get out'.
"All of a sudden I was back in my body, it was a moment that I was somehow being given a choice.
"I think emotionally it was [that close]. Something had to give. You either go in or out."
This is just one of many explosive headlines to come out of the book.
Another claim is that her second ex-husband Bruce Willis "wanted to do whatever the f**k he wanted" when they were married.
She also reveals how she cheated on first husband Freddy the night before their wedding.
Meanwhile, her ex-Ashton yesterday hinted Demi lied in her book after she claimed he pressured her into threesomes and cheated on her.
But the That 70's Show hunk, 41, took to Twitter to rubbish the claims and asked fans to message him if they want to know what really happened.
He typed to fans: "For truth text me. +1 (319) 519-0576".

And it's not a prank - Ashton previously shared his phone number last yearwhen he said he wanted "real people" to text him.
