AMERICAN Horror Story: 1984 has never swerved the most grisly of scenes, but the latest episode repulsed viewers for all manner of reasons.
Fans of the Ryan Murphy anthology series were shocked last week when it was revealed that Montana was working alongside Richard Ramirez, aka the Night Stalker.
In the latest episode, the pair took their twisted bond to intimate new levels, displaying some unsettling kinks in the process.
As Montana walked barefoot through Camp Redwood, she came across a mutilated body hanging form the ceiling, finding her feet bloody as entrails fell on to the floor.
To make matters worse, this clearly set Ramirez’s pulse racing, as before long the pair were locking lips under the corpse.
Things took an even more unsettling turn as the serial killer dropped to his knees and asked: “Can I see your feet?”
Next he began licking the blood from Montana’s feet, which pushed viewers over the edge as they took to social media in disgust.
“One of those grossest scenes ever in the history of this series. Licking feet that were standing in blood?” one user wrote, accompanied by a vomiting emoji.
“I HATE RYAN MURPHY, ENOUGH OF THE FEET,” another fumed.
“Not gonna lie, Ramirez licking the blood off Montana’s feet just f****d me up, I’m retching,” a third chimed in.
However, others defended the scene pointing out that the real life Richard Ramirez did indeed have a foot fetish.
On his prison questionnaire, when asked about his favourite food, he replied: “Women’s feet.”
Fans of the show were previously up in arms at the size of Glee legend Matthew Morrison’s bulge, which was barely contained in his tiny shorts.
Elsewhere, some eagle-eyed folks cooked up the theory that the entire series was in fact being shot on a horror film set.
