X FACTOR: Celebrity star Olivia Olson wants viewers to know she's "so much more than the Love Actually girl" as she attempts to make a fresh name for herself on the ITV show.
Olivia, 27, played Joanna Anderson in the 2003 movie, which also starred Colin Firth, Emma Thompson, Liam Neeson and Keira Knightley.
In the festive flick, she was the crush of schoolboy Sam (Thomas Brodie-Sangster) and sang Mariah Carey's All I Want For Christmas Is You at the end of the film.
Yet the American is now hoping to shed her old skin in favour of a completely new identity on the first ever ITV series of its kind.
She told Mail Online: "For the love of god I’m so much more than the Love Actually girl!"
Yet despite belting out a note-perfect tune on the Hollywood blockbuster, she admitted she is apprehensive.
She told the same publication: "I didn’t think I’d be as nervous as I was. When you step up there it hits you in the face how real it is and how badly you want it.
“(It's like) 'What a fun opportunity' and then you get up there and it’s like, 'this is really my moment to prove myself.'"
Olivia added: "I’m very happy with my mentor.
"I met with them yesterday and I was really happy with the conversations we were having so it’s the perfect fit."
