Coronation Street spoilers: Gemma Winter goes into labour with her quads – 80ft in the air
GEMMA Winter will welcome her quadruplets into the world in Coronation Street next week, but not without some drama.
After deciding to make a go of things with Chesney Brown, the couple head off to North Wales to enjoy a day out together.
But things take a dramatic turn when Gemma – who’s played by Dolly Rose Campbell in the ITV soap - goes into labour 80ft in the air, in a cable car.
After more drama, Gemma eventually wakes up in hospital and gazes at her four babies.
But as besotted as she is, she’s also terrified by the thought of caring for the tots.
As she struggles to express her milk, Ches (Sam Aston) and the nurse tell her she’s doing really well.
But Gemma is soon stunned when she’s discharged but told that the babies need to stay in hospital in Wales.
And when she discovers that mum, Bernie, has made the quads their own Instagram account, she’s furious.
Even the news that she and Ches are booked into a hotel near the hospital does little to cheer her up.
