X Factor’s Try Star forced to ‘cool down’ performance as bosses ban stripper poles over fears it’s too sexy for TV
X FACTOR: Celebrity's Try Star have been forced to "cool down" their performance as show bosses ban stripper poles over fears it's too sexy for TV.
The trio, formed of rugby aces Thom Evans, Ben Foden and Levi Davis, left viewers hot under the collar with their smouldering audition earlier this month.
Now they have been warned to reign in the sex appeal for tomorrow's first live show, with their Magic Mike-inspired performance concerning producers.
Speaking to The Sun Online, a source revealed that the three hunks are even worried that they could end up giving Amanda Holden's raunchy dresses a run for their money in terms of Ofcom complaints.
They said: "The boys have been telling everyone that they hope their performance doesn't end up rivalling that famous Amanda Holden Ofcom complaint.
"They are all hoping to impress Nicole Scherzinger, who has a front row seat to what is set to be the raunchiest performance the X Factor stage has ever seen!
"But producers have told the boys that the dance poles they wanted to use are one step too far and they’ve been removed from the creative.
"They've drawn the line at poles but the lads are still set on getting all the ladies and men hot under the collar as they take to the stage on Saturday night."
The insider went on to tease what fans can expect from the jaw-dropping performance, adding: "During dress rehearsals nobody knew where to look.
"It was all getting a bit too steamy in the new studio - and a lot of the production staff were left blushing.

"There’s still some worry that the lads may leave viewers shocked by their hip action antics as they fight to get through to next week's show."
Despite upping the sex appeal on the programme, Try Star are taking the competition incredibly seriously and have their hearts set on winning the show.
The source continued: "The boys can always laugh at themselves but they are taking the process really seriously and want their X Factor Celebrity experience to launch them as a boyband."
Try Star face stiff competition from other famous contestants, including Megan McKenna, Vinnie, Jones, Jonny Labey, and Olivia Olson.
The X Factor: Celebrity's first live show will air at 8.20pm on ITV tomorrow night
