PAUL Hollywood's ex Summer Monteys-Fullam showed him what's he's missing as she hit the beach during a recent getaway.
The 24-year-old was a sight for shore eyes in a white bikini as she topped up her tan in Cyprus.
Summer - who admitted upping her gym routine after her split from Paul - flaunted her fab figure as she enjoyed a dip in the ocean.
Despite her recent heartache, the horse enthusiast looked in her happy place as she holidayed with her family - and even snapped selfies on the beach.
Her balmy break comes after The Sun revealed that Summer had accused Bake Off judge Paul, 53, of having a relationship with landlady Melissa Spalding, who is 17 years his junior.
The redhead hinted she has saved embarrassing messages from him with a number of cryptic Instagram quotes.
One read: "There are two sides to every story, and then there are the screenshots."
It's just the latest twist in the acrimonious split between Paul and Summer.
The Sun revealed last month that Summer has furiously confronted Paul about her suspicions that he has got to know publican Melissa, which he firmly denies.
Summer, who also met Paul while she was working behind a bar, is said to have become suspicious when their relationship started to hit the skids.
But the Channel 4 star claimed he only knows 36 year-old Melissa, who has been engaged twice before, from his time boozing at the Chequers Inn in Smarden, Kent.
The pub, which is owned by Melissa's parents, is not far from the £1million home Paul used to share with Summer.
Meanwhile, Paul hit the headlines for offending diabetes sufferers last week after calling a bake "diabetes on a plate".
The TV chef was forced to apologise, writing on Instagram: "diabetes I made on tonight’s show was thoughtless and I meant no harm, as both my grandad and my own mother suffer/ suffered from diabetes ... apologies X."
