Project manager Dean managed to win with his team's backpacker-focused approach, while Marianne's team lost out with their LGBTQ campaign.

Jemelin directed the TV advert as project manager and on set she suffered serious creative differences with teammate Ryan-Mark.

However, she's labelled the fight "unprofessional" as she laid into the young candidate: "We did not clash. I put my foot down on his nonsense, on his attention seeking.

"I am a grown woman. I have experience in business. When someone like Ryan-Mark comes to the table to disrupt, to be disruptive, I just don’t take it."

She added: "He put the clapper board up in my face. I found it very disrespectful.

"He’s very rude, very disrespectful, obnoxious, and he made the task more difficult. But I got on with it like every professional would."

Though she doesn't take the experience personally, saying: "I like him as a person. I think he’s a great guy, he’s very clever, but I think he needs to tone down the whole hungry for fame thing. I think he could do really well in business with a bit more experience."

But it's not just Ryan-Mark who's at fault in Jemelin's eyes, as she believes Marianne was at the heart of the failure.

Especially as she refused to let Jemelin pitch, instead choosing to go in herself.

The businesswoman continued: "[Pamela and I] would have gone in there and turned it around but she wouldn’t let us and that was her fatal mistake.

"The heart of the ad is the LGBTQ community - which she couldn’t even say in the pitch - and that 70% of Finland is made of forest. That’s why we showed the forests and the cabin.

"In that task, I don’t think she lead at all. I think she left everyone to do their own thing.

"I had to come up with all the ideas on my own. I mean Pamela and Ryan-Mark, they had some input. I found out on the other side, Thomas made the billboard. So what did she do? Was she even there?"

But the experience itself left its mark on Jemelin - who was homeless when she first came to the country 19 years ago.

She said: "The experience was very alien to me, because I don’t come from a corporate background. I run a business where it’s all about empowering and I found it quite difficult. It was very intense experience.

";But at the end of the day, I’ve been homeless before, so living in a mansion is enough. I enjoyed the whole experience and I was grateful to be there.

"I came to this country at 15 years old, didn’t speak the language - I was homeless, living on the street, and I managed to pull myself up by working.

"I learnt English finally - I’m still struggling sometimes - but for me, because my upbringing is so different, being in that environment and that house is absolutely incredible."
