REAL Housewives Of Orange County star Kelly Dodd is engaged to Fox News host Rick Leventhal.
Kelly, 44, took to Instagram to share a video of the pair snuggling together on a Manhattan rooftop where Rick dropped to one knee and proposed.
“I got engaged!” Kelly screamed to the camera with a big grin on her face as she showed off the teardrop-shaped diamond, in Wednesday's post.
'Look! It's a little big," she went on to add before exclaiming: "Engaged! Look at that, and look how he did it, so romantic, I love you."
Rick, 59, proposed on the rooftop of their New York City apartment with the city overlooking them; the pair were sat in front of a fire pit with candles and white flowers.
"You deserve a big ring baby," Rick told Kelly, to which she said: "Look how bad ass that ring is, bam!"
Kelly also shared a picture of her and Rick cuddling after the proposal, and added: "I can’t believe I just got engaged !!
"@rickleventhal you are my Prince and my dream come true!!!"
The reality star was previously married to Michael Dodd. She welcomed her only daughter, Jolie, with Michael.
Rick and Kelly met in the early summer at a party held by Kelly's Real Housewives co-star Ramona Singer.

"I’m beyond excited for our future together,” Kelly told People in a statement.
“Rick is my best friend. My partner in crime. I’m so in love. I can’t believe this happened to me. I feel like I just won the lottery."
She added: "He said this amazing speech about our love and then got down on one knee and pulled out this giant ring.
"I couldn’t believe it!"
