THE Walking Dead's Siddiq starts to unravel in the next episode as his PTSD reaches a climax.
The AMC post-apocalyptic horror series is heading towards its mid-season finale, and the pressure is certainly building for Siddiq.
In 'Close Your Eyes', Siddiq starts to have flashbacks from the barn, staggering around his room and holding his head as the images continue to flash before him.
Even after he runs outside and jumps into the water, the visions don't go away, as a voice tells him to open his eyes before he's seen shouting for Enid as well as Alpha taunting him.
As well as the mental images, Siddiq's symptoms manifest themselves physically, at one point seeing blood and cuts on his hands.
But will the physician - who so many people depend on - admit how bad things are really getting for him?
In the series nine episode, The Calm Before, Siddiq was found beaten and tied to a tree by Daryl and his gang, before pointing them to a nearby hill where 10 decapitated heads - including Enid's - were placed on pikes by The Whisperers.
Fans now wonder if Siddiq's flashbacks are a sign of PTSD and survivor's guilt, or if he was somehow involved in the horrifying massacre.
Taking to Twitter, one viewer wrote: "I think Alpha forced Siddiq to kill Enid, because she's the one we've seen the most in the flashbacks."
Another added: "He keeps remembering her [out] of all the victims and even in next week's episode, he remembers her again! Did he actually kill her?"

A third agreed, writing: "Siddiq isn’t a traitor, but I really feel like Alpha made him kill one of them. Maybe Enid?"
In September, show runner Angela Kang said flashbacks would play a big part in season 10.
She told Entertainment Weekly. "One of the things we were kind of dealing with in the season has to do with illusion and people's fears and what's real, what's not, the weight of the past on people.
"So, we'll definitely see some windows into the past that kind of shed light on the present. It should be interesting."
"There is some other stuff going on, there's some pretty cool stuff, I think."
The Walking Dead continues on Sunday in the US on AMC and airs on Fox and Now TV on Monday's at 9pm in the UK.
