Real Housewives star Teresa Giudice reveals daughter Milania, 14, lost 40lbs and ‘she’s amazing’
REAL Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice has revealed her daughter Milania has lost 40lbs.
The 47-year-old said her 14-year-old was doing “amazing” despite a tough few years, which saw her dad Joe spend time in jail and then get deported to Italy.
The reality star revealed her teen had turned to her for help and with a mixture of good eating and exercise she has shed almost three stone.
Speaking to at BravoCon, she said: “She told me, she’s like, “Mommy, can you get me a nutritionist?”
“I said to her, ‘You want me to get you a nutritionist?’ And then at first she said no, but then when she was ready, she told me. And then I got her.”
Describing how she did it, Teresa continued: “Just eating right. I was getting her meals. I had a nutritionist come to the house and they did her macros and what she should be eating and we teamed up with this meal prep company, Brielle. That was amazing.
“And I’m making her meals and exercising. She’ll go to the gym with me and she did it.”
She added: “She would work, she would do cardio morning and night and weights. Yeah, she’s amazing.
Teresa recently spent four days in Italy with daughters Gia, Gabriella, Milania and Audriana so they could see their dad after he spent three and a half years in prison for mail, wire and bankruptcy fraud.
Italian national Joe never got US citizenship, so when he was released from prison, his green card was revoked. Rather than waiting in a detention centre to find out the decision in his deportation case, he chose instead to return to Italy.

Teresa, who previously served nearly a year behind bars for the same crime in 2015, had admitted recently that she wasn't sure if she and Joe would stay together following his deportation.
"There's always going to be a place in my heart for Joe. I'll always love him. Always," she told Good Morning America after returning from Italy.
Asked if she is getting divorced, she claimed: "Not anytime... No."
But asked about their future, she said it was "to be determined" and that they were taking things "day by day".
Teresa added: "I don't know. Imagine he lived in Italy and you lived here? I don't know if that's a feasible relationship."
