Horrified Emmerdale fans slam Jacob as he cruelly texts Leanna to check she’s on the pill after taking her virginity
EMMERDALE viewers were disgusted with Jacob Gallagher tonight when he text Leanna Cavanagh asking if she was on the pill after having sex with her.
The two teens spent the night together after Jacob declared "I need you" in a heart to heart with her amid his turmoil over paedophile teacher Maya Stepney.

After kissing once, Jacob said: "I've been so stupid. You're amazing, and I really like you."
Leanna replied: "That's good, because I could say the same."
Before their next smooch, Jacob went on: "You made me realise, I need you."
However, when they woke up the next morning, Jacob appeared full of regret and made a sheepish exit after discovering that he had taken Leanna's virginity.

Later in the episode she received a text from him, but rather than an apology, it simply said: "Just checking you're on the pill?"
The heartless post didn't sit well with viewers who made their feelings known on Twitter.
One wrote: "Jacob’s a f***ing charmer eh? #Emmerdale"
Another posted: "Classy Jacob classy #Emmerdale."
As a third said: "Jacob doesn't give a damn about Leeanna, so why did he sleep with her? Was it to try & get Maya off his mind? Oh now he asks her if she's on the pill #Emmerdale."

In upcoming scenes Leanna will throw up the morning after pill sparking concerns she's pregnant.
A confused and upset Leanna tells Bernice she slept with Jacob but begs her not to tell her dad Liam.
But when Leanna throws up in front of Liam after taking the morning after pill, his partner Bernice is forced to tell him the truth.
Jacob is later left stunned when Liam punches him and suggests he forced his daughter to sleep with him.
Shockwaves then run through the village when Liam is arrested under suspicion of assault.
But will Leanna fall pregnant with the troubled teen’s baby?

Fans of the ITV soap know that Jacob has been through a tough time following Maya’s abuse and now his new relationship with Leanna is heading for some trouble too.
The troubled teen was groomed by his dad David Metcalfe’s villain girlfriend over the past year and manipulated into a sexual relationship.
