Real Housewives’ Joe Giudice ‘on the verge of deportation’ after oral argument rejected

REAL Housewives' star Joe Giudice's deportation battle appeared to suffer another major blow this week - as he was barred from arguing his case in court.

The 47-year-old husband of Teresa Giudice was denied an opportunity to defend himself with an oral argument, according to Radaronline.

Joe, who is currently in Italy waiting for the result of his appear against ICE, had his motion for oral argument denied by the Third Circuit Court, reports the website.

That could make or break his case, as he won't be allowed to speak in court to the judge to appeal his side of the argument.

He had asked for the court to give him the opportunity to make an oral argument after the court decided to cancel the initial hearing date, reports Radar.

However, a court order on Tuesday informed the convicted fraudster that he would not be getting a chance to explain his side in court.

Joe recently saw his four daughters when they traveled to Italy to see him, along with Teresa.

However, the couple's marriage appears to be seriously on the rocks and she's reportedly unsure whether she will visit him again as they argued for much of the trip.

Teresa, 47, said before traveling to Italy to see him that she doesn't know whether their marriage will survive him living in another country.

However, Joe maintained on Instagram on Monday that they have been face timing and getting along well.
