The Housewives star is currently living in his native Italy while he awaits a verdict on his appeal against his deportation.
Summing up his Saturday in Salerna, a city southeast of Naples, Joe said at the end of the video: "Go to the gym, go eat and that’s my Saturday afternoon."

“Life is good. I wish I was home but this is better than where I was.”
Joe has not lived in his 10,044-square-foot, multimillion-dollar New Jersey mansion for a number of years, having served a 41-month prison sentence for fraud.
In contrast to his small Italian apartment, the home he shared with Teresa and their four daughters - Gia, 18, Gabriella, 15, Milania, 13, and Audriana, 10 - featured six bedrooms and six bathrooms.
Joe flew to his native Italy when he was released in October, and since then his daughters have come to visit him.
His absence has been tough on the four girls, Teresa, 47, admitted recently.
Speaking at BravoCon in New York on November 16, she said: "I thought the girls would be fine when we came back from Italy, but they’re really missing Joe still. I try to compensate.
"I jump over hoops for them because of everything that we’re going through. But they are amazing kids.”
Joe has previously said that his daughters will spend Christmas with him in Italy.
