EASTENDERS Louise is terrified as doctors battle to save baby Peggy after she stops breathing in an upcoming episode.
In upcoming scenes Louise will go into early labour and be left terrified as her baby suffers from premature birth complications.
Fans of EastEnders will know that emotions are running high in the Square after Mel was killed by a lorry minutes after surviving a car crash.
A stressed Louise overheard the horrendous crash at her birthday party via Mel’s speakerphone.
The mother-to-be is now caught in the middle of a war between her mum and Sharon in the wake of Mel’s suspicious death.
Mel died while racing Sharon to the airport to expose the latter’s affair with Keanu.
Before her death, Mel told Sharon's secret to Mel - but didn't say who the father was - and Lisa is convinced she murdered Mel.
But as Lisa has been publicly accusing Sharon of murdering Mel, Louise has grown worried that her mum is losing the plot.
In upcoming episodes Keanu will discover that Louise’s waters have broken and call an ambulance as they realise she’s gone into early labour.
In scenes yet to air, Louise will panic further following the birth as the baby - who she and Keanu have named Peggy - stops breathing.
There’s chaos as doctors and nurses rush in to save the little one’s life.
The big question is: will the baby survive for the soap’s explosive Christmas episodes?
