Apprentice star Ryan-Mark Parsons left co-star Marianne ‘close to tears’ by claiming ‘she looks like a man in drag’
THE Apprentice has been rocked by a new bullying scandal after a contestant allegedly branded a co-star “ugly” and said she looks like a man in drag.
Marianne Rawlins, 36, was left “close to tears” after Ryan-Mark Parsons likened her to a character from the film White Chicks - which sees male FBI agents dress as women.
The incident, which happened earlier this month, took place in the luxury mansion in Notting Hill, West London, where contestants stay during filming of the show.
It sparked a massive row and Marianne refused to speak to Ryan-Mark, 19, again.
A source said tonight: “Marianne was absolutely furious and upset when she was told what Ryan-Mark had said about her.
“She didn’t hear it directly. But several of the other candidates heard what he said, it got back to her and she was really shocked and angry.

“For Ryan-Mark to attack the way Marianne looked in such a way was completely out of order. Marianne was really upset and close to tears about the whole thing.
“She may come across as tough on the show and she can handle herself. But she has feelings too and was really hurt by it all.”
