Teen Mom’s Jenelle Evans has ‘finally found happiness’ amid divorce from David Eason
TEEN Mom star Jenelle Evans declared she has “finally found happiness” amid her divorce from David Eason.
The mum-of-three shared an emotional tweet as she spent her first Thanksgiving in four years apart from her ex-husband.
She wished her followers Happy Thanksgiving, adding: “Thankful for the amazing kids I have and grateful for finally finding happiness within myself.”
The reality star spent the special day with her mom, Barbara Evans, and her three kids – Jace, 10, five-year-old Kaiser and two-year-old Ensley.
Jenelle treated her family to an all-American holiday dinner at a Cracker Barrel Old Country Store in Nashville.
She fled to the Tennessee capital last month in the hope of getting as far away as she can from her baby daddy, following their nasty split, reports claim.
The mum also extended a restraining order against Eason for two weeks after she left for Nashville.
A clerk for Davidson County told Radar that a "continuance" of the non-contact order was granted by the court.
This order will last until their hearing in a couple of weeks.
In the meantime, Jenelle's legal team will reportedly gather witnesses to testify against David.
Reports indicate he was in the Tennessee capital to confront Jenelle in a divorce showdown in court.
"She left him without their daughter and with no money," a source told
Jenelle filed for divorce from David on Halloween after two years of marriage.
"Nobody gets into a marriage expecting it to end but I know that’s what is best for me, and for my kids," she told her Instagram followers.
She also took out a restraining order against him, saying she was "scared for my life and my children's well-being."
Since Jenelle filed for divorce, David has taken to social media several times to vent, vowing that "the truth will come out" about their split.
David - who allegedly shot and killed the couple's bull dog - has found love once more with a furry friend.
