Real Housewife Teresa Giudice could snub husband Joe and not visit him in Italy for Christmas

The couple had been separated for over three years while both were serving prison sentences for fraud.

Joe served 41 months and then spent six months in an ICE facility.

He came to the US when he was two-years-old but never became a citizen.

Now the 47-year-old is awaiting his deportation appeal in his native country of Italy.

Last month the court ruled Joe would not be able to make an oral argument in his case.

During their time apart, both have been accused of cheating.

On a trip to Miami in February the RHONJ OG was caught holding hands with a much younger Blake Schreck.

At BravoCon she admitted the two were still friends.

But the issues between Joe and Teresa aren’t stopping daughters, Gia, 18, Gabriella, 15, Milania, 13, and Audriana, 10, from seeing their dad.
