'HE MADE MISTAKES'

Strictly’s Kelvin Fletcher ‘nearly fell over’ and didn’t deserve his 10 blasts ex-pro James Jordan

JAMES Jordan has ripped into Strictly Come Dancing’s Kelvin Fletcher, claiming he’s overrated.

The dancer, who used to serve as one of Strictly’s professionals, tore into the Emmerdale actor as he insisted he had been scored way too generously by Motsi Mabuse.

Kelvin’s Paso Doble received a perfect ten from Motsie Mabuse

“In my opinion, when Motsi gave Kelvin and Oti a ten for their Paso Doble, there was no way on this world it was a ten,” he said.

“Kelvin made mistakes, he nearly fell over in the end! I love Kelvin and I want him to win but you have to be realistic and honest and his Paso Doble wasn’t great,” he continued top Hello! Magazine.

“I expected it to be much better because it’s a dance of power and strength and I thought, ‘It’s probably going to be one of his best dances,’ but the choreography wasn’t great and it wasn’t one of his best performances, so it was a bit disappointing.”

However, wife Ola pointed out that with the celebs now having to learn two dances per week, there’s less time for polishing each routine individually.

Meanwhile James praised Craig Revel Horwood for being more conservative when it came to awarding perfect scores.

He predicted that either Kelvin or Emma would be the ones to bag the Glitterball Trophy next week.

The comments come after Chris Ramsey became the latest celeb to get eliminated on tonight’s results show.

That means the hunky Kelvin will be dancing his way into next week’s finale, alongside the likes of EastEnders actress Emma Barton and CCBC star Karim Zeroual.

Motsi was accused of being too generous with her scoring

Chris and Karen were knocked out of the competition after a dance-off with Zeroual and Amy Dowden.

The judges claimed that Zeroual was the “best dancer” and lauded the pair’s routine as “brilliant”.

The Strictly Come Dancing grand final will take place on Saturday December 14 on BBC One.
