REAL Housewives' Joe Giudice plans to launch a seafood import company, sources close to Joe confirmed to Sun Online.
Teresa Giudice's husband posted on Instagram several videos and photos that showed off his recent tour at a fish distribution center in Tuscany.
These Instagram posts led several followers to ask if he was working at the fish distribution center, but a source close to Joe denied the claims.
The source told Sun Online: "Joe isn't working in a factory, though he was touring factories- He wants to get started in the import/export business, especially with seafood."
The source further explained why he wants to get into the importing and exporting business.
They said: "He's always wanted to get into this business before all of his legal problems. It's a passion of his. He also loves food, obviously, so it would be a perfect job for him."
When asked if there were any concrete plans yet, they said: "No specific job is lined up, he's still in the exploratory stages."
The source also offered comments on the upcoming trip that his daughters are planning for the holidays.
They said: "The girls will be traveling to Italy for Christmas! They're all so excited to see their dad again, and Joe can't wait to see his daughters."
"Teresa won't be coming because of work responsibilities, and because her father is still very ill and needs to be looked after."
The Giudice girls had visited him back in early November and shared multiple pictures of the reunion on social media.
And although the couple's daughters will be seeing their father soon, Teresa said in an interview that she won't be seeing her husband until the summer of 2020.
The Real Housewife told Andy Cohen: "We were gonna meet in the Bahamas, but I don’t think — he’s getting his passport around that time.”
“They’re definitely going for Christmas and I have to work around that time, so that’s why I can’t go.”
She confirmed: “So summer! That’ll be my next break.”
Joe is currently living in his native Italy while he awaits a decision on his appeal against deportation.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey star was deported in October after spending 41 months in jail due to fraud charges.

He recently took to Instagram to show off his new home, which falls short of what he shared with his wife and four daughters in New Jersey.
His Italian apartment features a bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom unlike his six bedroom and six bathrooms in the states.
Joe also revealed that he “starts work" soon, but didn’t detail what his new job would entail.
He added: “I’m very excited.
“Life is good. I wish I was home but this is better than where I was.”
