REAL Housewives' Teresa Giudice said her 'struggling' daughter Milania dropped 30lbs after hearing her dad would be deported.
The mom-of-four revealed how her daughters' reacted to their dad's - 47-year-old Joe Giudice - deportation news in the RHONJ After Show, which first aired on Wednesday.
Teresa, 47, explained her 14-year-old daughter Milania: "Was struggling the most over this, and she's doing amazing. She started working out.
"She lost over 30 lbs. In school, she was acting out. And now, she's doing amazing in school.
"She turned her whole life around."
On the After Show, she admitted her daughter's - Gia, 18, Gabriella, 15, Milania, 14, and Audriana, 10 - were upset about their father being deported - but insisted they were "still fighting."
She stressed the importance of positivity to the girls.
"Don't think negative. Just always think positive. You have one life to live, and live it the right way. And be happy.' When one door closes, another door opens," she told the After Show producer.
When Teresa found out about Joe's first deportation appeal she chose to withhold the information from Milania and Audriana, Wednesday episode revealed.
The reasoning behind not telling Milania was because - according to Teresa - she is most sensitive daughter.
Audriana wasn't told due to her young age.
At BravoCon in November, Teresa told HollywoodLife Milania lost weight by: "Just eating right.
“I was getting her meals. I had a nutritionist come to the house and they did her macros and what she should be eating and we teamed up with this meal prep company, Brielle. That was amazing."
On Wednesday's episode of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, Teresa said she felt "drained" after her husband Joe Giudice's deportation appeal was denied for a second time.
