STRICTLY'S Kelvin Fletcher has revealed "physically gruelling" training landed him in physio as bookies predict he'll be crowned champion tonight.
The former Emmerdale star has had professionals helping him keep his body "supple" throughout the entire series as he kept pushing himself with challenging routines.
After his last ever Strictly rehearsal, Kelvin told fans: "Just heading into my last physio session.
"I've had physio at least a couple of times a week for the past 13 weeks believe it or not.
"It's so physically gruelling so it's important to keep up with physio and keep your body supple."
He was snapped leaving the final rehearsal with partner Oti Mabuse last night who admitted getting emotional about the series ending.
Oti was originally paired with Made In Chelsea's Jamie Laing who was forced to pull out before show launch with an injury.
Kelvin and Oti said they were both the most "exhausted" they've ever been after performing one of their final routines three times in rehearsals.
He saaid: "We did three runs and it's most exhausted I've ever been. Every Friday we do it and this one is really really exciting and exhausting."
"It's the first time we've been really out of breath," added Oti.
"Oh my God I look like a corpse. I look like a zombie, vampire."
They're putting everything they can into tonight's performance in a bid to become Strictly champions.
Showing he's got an eye on the prize, Kelvin posted a snap of the famous glitterball trophy, saying "there she is" with a heart emoji.
And according to Ladbrokes they're favourites to be crowned winners.

A spokesman for the bookies said: "Attracting a whopping 88 per cent of all wagers and impressing the judges week after week, it’s perhaps not too surprising that Kelvin finds himself as the overwhelming favourite for glory on Saturday evening with odds of 2/5.
"At 5/2 Emma is the the most likely finalist to cause an upset, or there’s a 12/1 chance outsider Karim emerges victorious.
"It will be the biggest upset since David and Goliath if Kelvin doesn’t win Strictly Come Dancing this year.”
