Cynthia said: “Kandi told me that Nene told her that she had a recording that a mutual friend of ours recorded of me talking s**t about her.”
When asked if she knew who’s behind the alleged tape, Marlo, 43, replied: “That’s what I want to know too.”
Cynthia, 52, pushed back: “Just answer the question. Did you do the recording? Are you recording me now?”

In the latest episode the mystery recording came up over a double date dinner between Cynthia and her fiance, Mike Hill, and RHOA costar Eva Marcille and her husband, Michael Sterling.
Attorney Michael said: “If there was somebody that was in the conversation with you, that would be legal.
“But if there was somebody over-listening recording you, that would not be legal.”
A furious Mike Hill burst out: “Whoever recorded you is a piece of s**t, and I don't mind saying that.
“I'm very protective when it comes to this lady.”
Cynthia went on: “Unless the Russians have snuck over to Lake Bailey and tapped my house, the only two people that I can come up with is Yovanna's a** and Marlo!”
Before this episode aired, it was revealed that RHOA friend Gail "Yovanna" Momsplaisir reportedly stopped filming the show amid accusations she was the one who took the recording.
A source : “Kenya [Moore] and Cynthia refused to film with Yovanna, so she left the show mid-season!"

But Yovanna denied everything: "Who said I recorded Cynthia? No, I ain't no spy, not at all."
Afterward in a confessional, Cynthia said that for now she believes her.
