Kanye West and Jay Z end three year feud at P Diddy’s birthday party
KANYE West and Jay Z have called an end to their three years of bickering, according to reports.
The rappers were brought together by another giant in the music industry, P Diddy, at a bash to mark his 50th birthday.
According to , Golddigger singer Kanye and Beyonce's husband Jay Z greeted each other with a warm handshake and smile.
Cameras caught the sweet moment, which saw both of them beaming before they reached to greet each other.
A source told the US website the pair have now reached an agreement in their legal dispute after Kanye split from Jay Z's Tidal streaming service in 2017 claiming he was owed millions.
They added how Kanye, 42, married to reality TV star Kim Kardashian, was more than chuffed with the outcome and the duo are now "moving forward".
The wrangling was the culmination of a series of spats between the iconic pair.
Jay-Z helped launch Kanye's career when he worked as a producer for Rock-A-Fella Records, which subsequently signed Kanye as a rapper in 2004.
At 2009 VMAs, Kanye embarrassed Beyonce by shouting about her video for Single Ladies, which left Jay's wife in tears backstage.
Jay and Beyonce then controversially failed to attend Kanye and Kim's wedding in 2014.
In 2016, Kanye ranted about Jay Z on stage, asking him to call him and begging him not to send one of his "killas" to finish him off.
Kanye also accused Jay of neglecting him and his wife after her Paris robbery ordeal in 2017.
Jay Z then spoke out in lyrics from 10-track release 4:44, in wording clearly directed at Kanye.
In the opening track Kill Jay Z, which the rapper says is about "killing off the ego", Jay makes it clear he's talking about Kanye by starting out one section with: "You dropped outta school, you lost your principles."
Kanye called his first album The College Dropout.
