The episode saw Paddy, Chris, and co-host Freddie Flintoff tasked with driving across Nepal in city cars that are normally only used for short commutes.

The men had to journey from capital city Kathmandu to the Forbidden City of Lo Manthang - and not all of the cars were able to complete the task.

Despite passing through waterfalls and mountain roads, Chris' car gave in when the handbrake broke just 10 miles away from their final destination.

The star hopped into Freddie's Jeep, asking for his vehicle to be towed, however, the pair were horrified when the car jolted and started rolling backwards as they looked for the ropes.

Chris was unable to catch up and screamed for Paddy to be careful as he slowly came into view in his Peugeot.

Paddy can be heard shouting: "What the hell!" over and over as he frantically reversed backwards to avoid a terrible accident, with his quick thinking and driving skills getting him out of harm's way before the Renault crashed and flipped onto its side.

Chris told the others that he'd had the handbrake on but it'd been "sticky this whole time", adding that he hadn't even stopped on a steep part of the road.

Assessing the damage, Chris was sad to write-off his car, abandoning it at the roadside as they failed to get it back in the competition.
