PIERS Morgan gleefully showed off his hand-signed Christmas card from US President Donald Trump on today's Good Morning Britain.
After a refreshing festive break in Antigua, Piers couldn't help but boast of his close relationship with the most powerful man on the planet as he returned to the show alongside Susanna Reid.
First he unveiled a photocard sent to him from Secretary of State for Health and Social Care Matt Hancock, before turning his attention to an evening bigger political connection.
In typical overstated Trump fashion, the huge card a gold embossed US flag that Piers relished showing off.
Underneath it, Donald and wife Melania's signatures were visible in bold red pen.
Piers also tore into his rival David Beckham's acting abilities by claiming three planks of wood had more ability after watching his recent Modern Family cameo.
The Good Morning Britain host marked his return to the show after the Christmas period by feigning surprise that Becks wasn't nominated for a Golden Globe for his work.
Speaking with tongue very firmly in cheek, Piers said: "There was another acting role over the festive period that caught my eye, which I was amazed didn't get mentioned at the Golden Globes last night."
A clip then played of Becks' acting debut in pal Guy Ritchie's blockbuster King Arthur, before the ex footy star was seen in the US sitcom alongside Courtney Cox and Stephen Merchant.
Piers continued: "Hollywood watched that and said I think we need more Beckham in our movies.
"They got him in the smash hit TV show Modern Family and he really nails it look at how unwooden this is."

A picture of three planks of wood were shown on screen, prompting Piers to say: "There are three planks of wood that are exuding more thespian qualities than anything Mr Beckham can give us."
Piers has repeatedly criticised Becks in the past from him kissing daughter Harper on the lips to the sportsman's alleged desire to be knighted.
The host also had it in for Greggs' vegan steak bake.
A year on from ripping into the bakery chain's vegan sausage roll, Piers unleashed his wrath on its latest meat-free product.
