Desperate Joe Giudice tells social media trolls to stop bullying him online with emotional Instagram post
TERESA Giudice's estranged husband Joe has one message for internet trolls - stay in your lane.
The 47-year-old father of four, who recently split from his wife after he was deported to Italy, hit back at online bullies who have been giving him a hard time.
"Some of you need to go bowling...so you can learn how to stay in your own mf lane," the former reality television star shared on on Sunday.
He captioned the post: "Bowling used to be my favorite hobby! Do they still have bowling alleys open? It’s a great hobby instead of being a Insta bully.#liveyourbestlife#loveyourself#bullylove."
The former Real Housewives star then took his own advice literally on Monday as he hit up a local bowling alley.
He shared video as he aimed for a strike, with a well-aimed ball.
"So here I am!You know what they say people who give you the best advice will always try to follow it themselves! It's not how you bowl or ending score that matters, it’s what you use to roll with!" he wrote.
He sounded optimistic, as he signed off: "Yep my future looking bright!#italian#bowling#determination."
Joe is back in Italy after being held in ICE custody when he was released from jail after serving a 41 month sentence for fraud.
Teresa called time on the marriage last month, and their daughters paid him a visit over the holidays.
The RHONJ stars' legal troubles came to a head when they were charged with conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, bank fraud, making false statements on loan applications and bankruptcy fraud, in July 2013.
After originally pleading not guilty, the pair changed their plea to guilty and Teresa served 11 months in prison.
She was released on December 23, 2015 and Joe started his sentence for the same crimes in March 2016 and was released in March this year.
