WARNING: Spoilers for Messiah below
NETFLIX fans that have binge-watched all ten episodes of Messiah will have a lot of questions that need answering.
Top of the list of course is who is Al-Masih? Is he the second coming of Jesus? Let's just say, whatever you think you know, you don't...
Who is Al-Masih in Messiah?
In the Netflix series, Al-Masih has pretty much the entire world (minus Eva ad Aviram of course) convinced that he is, well, the Messiah.
Even the US President is shook and demands a private meeting - but who is he?
Well, for starters, this guy's real name is Payam Golshiri and he grew up in Iran with his brother Adar Golshiri - who is only too happy to spill the beans on his sibling when the CIA come knocking on his door
The pair lost their parents at a young age and so were raised by their uncle Yasif.
Coincidentally, it turns out that this uncle Yasif was a con artist and one seriously talented illusionist who just so happened to pass on his tricks to the vulnerable brothers in their younger years.
When this is all leaked to the press, it comes as a devastating blow to Al-Masih's followers - however, the story doesn't quite end there.
Yes, the walking on water stunt could have been some kind of trick, and perhaps even saving Rebecca from that tornado was just great - if ever so slightly weird - timing.
But how do you explain his ability to resurrect Aviram from the dead after the plane crash in the series finale?
According to Arabic-speaking fans, the clue is in the name - no, this guy isn't the Messiah, but he could be the Antichrist.
In Islamic eschatology, Al-Masih is the name of a demon on par with the Antichrist.
The Arabic phrase literally translates to "the false messiah, liar, the deceiver".
Given that Oscar Wallace, a known terrorist to the CIA, warned Eva that Al-Masih was the dangerous one, not him, it looks like Messiah season two may fall into the horror category.
When is Messiah season 2 coming to Netflix?
Netflix hasn't actually confirmed if a second series has been commissioned.
However, given that the show already has its own Twitter account and has been trending across the globe, it's unlikely that we won't see a second series.
Season two will likely drop next year.

Al-Masih in Messiah?
Al-Masih is played by 34-year-old Belgian actor Mehdi Dehbi.
Ironically, the first role he ever portrayed was Jesus when he was just three-years-old whilst at school.
Opening up about what it was like to play Al-Masih, he said: "With him, the challenge in this show is that everyone thinks he's something but we never get to fully understand who he is. So I had to make the choice of knowing who he isn't and then who he is.
"The first thing I had to do was get rid of all the stereotypes that one can think of when you hear the word Messiah. Sso I watched a lot of documentaries and fiction about films portraying Messianic figures and I really had to get rid of a certain idea of what I wanted to do and let the spirit just channel it. Its' a bit mystical. It's a bit witchy."
He added: "Every day felt like a huge challenge and a huge mountain to be honest."
