DANCING On Ice's Caprice Bourret admitted that she can "cause drama backstage" in an interview that came to light just hours before "parting ways" with professional partner Hamish Gaman.
The 48-year-old star caused shockwaves last night when she was notably absent from the competition.
Viewers were left baffled yesterday when hosts Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby explained that while Hamish was at the studio the US TV star would not be taking part in the show - but could be back next week.
And her most recent interview saw Caprice confess that her fiery temperament meant that she could clash with other stars backstage.
Speaking to, she said of her Dancing On Ice co-stars: "It's funny because honestly we all get on really really well and we're all such people from different fields and different worlds.
"Right now we're all having a laugh, but once we start competing seriously and we get a bit more down the line, who knows? You may have the dramas then."
Mimicking cat claws as she added: "That'll be me."
In a photoshoot that accompanied the interview, Caprice posed alongside 36-year-old Hamish.
Last night, Holly told fans of the ITV skating show that the pair had "parted ways".
She explained: "Unfortunately, Caprice and Hamish have parted ways.
