Jenelle Evans’ first husband Courtland Keith Rogers in jail AGAIN on serious drug charges

JENELLE Evans' ex-husband Courtland Keith Rogers has been arrested over some serious felony charges and is set to appear in court today.

The 34-year-old was booked on Saturday in New Hanover County on one count of felony larceny, one count of probation violation and one count of felony possession of a schedule I drug.

first reported that he also faces a misdemeanor for possession of drug paraphernalia and a schedule II drug.

According to sheriff's records, Courtland is still in a North Carolina jail and currently being held on a $20k bond.

Ironically, he posted a picture on his Instagram that claimed he hated heroin.

But this isn't the first time that he's been behind bars.

He was arrested in July 2018 for a felony probation violation, in connection to his arrest back in April 2018 on drug charges.

And back in August 2018, he was arrested after brutally assaulting his wife, with whom he has two children, but was released shortly after.

He was married to star for just a few months before they were both arrested on drug and domestic violence charges.

Jenelle even claimed in her book Read Between the Lines that Courtland "punched her in the gut" and "slapped [her] around a few times" while she was pregnant.

She also claimed that she lost the baby due to his beating.
