Who is the Monster on The Masked Singer?

ITV revealed on Saturday, February 8, that Montser on The Masked Singer is US star CeeLo Green.

Opening up about what it was like to try and keep his identity a secret, he explained it wasn't too tricky: "Simply because I have a small group of people I live and work with.

"We are all essentially a part of staff and we hold each other accountable so therefore a secret is safe with us."

CeeLo admitted that he loved being the Monster.

"I thought that it was great, it was a really cool and invigorating experience but it was also a challenge because of the sheer weight of the costume," he added.

"It only got heavy on me because I was being advanced each and every opportunity I got out on stage so, y’know, hey I just had to live up to it and rise to the occasion. Other than that, it was a labour of love."

The Monster first graced the stage in week two and described themselves as "bright, bold" with "a big personality".

He then sang Pharrell Williams' song Happy in the first round and despite ending up in the bottom three, he was not eliminated.
